Integrity
Being honest and upfront is an integral aspect of my leadership model, and my personal code of conduct.

Respect
As am executive leader having respect for the position, the people, and the organization.

Accountability
Holding myself accountable as an executive leader is an important aspect of my leadership strategy. Being able to hold others accountable is only able to happen when you allow yourself to be held accountable.

Empathy
Empathy is an important and integral part of my leadership style. Having the ability to empathize with others will give the tools to be a great executive leader.

Professionalism
Conducting yourself in a professional way will allow for credibility and confidence from all stakeholders both internal and external to the organization.

Balance
Being able to balance the work of an executive leader with life outside of work.

Continious Learning
It is important to me to never stop learning. Continue to drive myself both personally and professionally.

Community
Integration into the community as an executive leader will help build an understanding of what that organization means to the community. Developing networks both inside and outside the organization will help to build a strong community.
