These tools collectively offer a comprehensive profile of personality, behavioral tendencies, and emotional intelligence and critical attributes for navigating complex healthcare environments.

NEO
This NEO assessment highlighted some aspects of my leadership. Being assertive is something that as an executive leader is a valuable trait. Continuing to work through the vulnerabilities of being a leader as well as the anxiousness that comes with decision-making.

DISC Assessment
This shading highlights my DISC assessment. This shows the shading to highlight an (I)nfluence style. There is an opportunity through work to become more consistent with shading closer to the middle of this graph.

DISC Strengths
As a leader these strengths are helpful to better understand the leadership style that I came into the program with. The growth mindset has been able to use these strengths to continue to grow as a leader.

These motivators have been helpful to understand in terms of how my leadership impacts those who follow me. It has allowed me as a leader to find ways in which these can continue to motivate those in my organization.

The EQI assessment was helpful to understand how I as a leader manage aspects of my day to day life. This has been helpful to step back and evaluate my leadership skills after different situations.
