Mixed Method Study
Quantitative:
Developing a survey to send out to 40-50 HR Executives of Healthcare organizations across the country to determine what organizations are using EQI assessments in the hiring process.
Qualitative:
Utilizing the narrative inquiry qualitative approach, interviewing Human Resources healthcare executives to get their experience on the hiring process and its impact on mitigating hubris by using Emotional Assessment tools ​
